We are looking for an experienced Accountant III to manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. You will handle intercompany transactions, support audits, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate across finance teams. This role is ideal for detail-driven accountants with strong technical skills and experience in complex, multi-entity environments. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and margin analytics.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Review and validate resale certificates to ensure tax compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Collaborate with AP, AR, and Tax teams for smooth processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the GL function.
  • Assist in financial and statutory audit preparation.
  • Complete special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years accounting experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in companies with $500M+ revenue.
  • Experience with multiple entities, foreign transactions, currencies, and non-US accounting standards (UK, France, Germany a plus).
  • Strong technical accounting skills and ability to research issues in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas a plus).
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Blackline, Hyperion/Smartview, or Tableau.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
