We are looking for an AR Analyst to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments. You will handle cash posting, reconciliations, credit card transactions, adjustments, and dispute resolution, while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy. This role requires hands-on experience with AR processes, MS Excel, and Oracle AR Module. Join our team and help keep financial operations seamless and reliable.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Post and allocate cash receipts from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Process and post credit card payments and refunds.
Research and resolve unidentified and unallocated cash.
Perform daily cash reconciliation, ensuring posted payments match bank deposits.
Post and apply Accounts Receivable adjustments (write-offs, CMs, DMs).
Review and file credit card chargeback disputes promptly.
Monitor workflow through a ticketing tool.
Handle incoming inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Assist with special projects and other assigned tasks.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
Experience with Oracle AR Module
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and organizational skills
