The Director of Facilities plays a vital role in making that vision a reality. This leader will oversee all aspects of facilities management, real estate planning, and infrastructure operations across our sites, ensuring our workspaces support both operational efficiency and an exceptional employee experience.

What is your mission?

The Director of Facilities will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all facilities-related initiatives at iSupport Worldwide. This includes real estate development, space optimization, preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and sustainability programs.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic foresight — ensuring that our facilities can scale with our rapid growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute the long-term facilities strategy aligned with iSupport’s growth plans.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations across multiple offices to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 Offshoring environment.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and backup power.
  • Lead space planning and layout optimization to support team expansion and client requirements.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, environmental comfort, and operational reliability across all facilities.
  • Lead the BCP Plan implementation at required times.

 

Real Estate & Expansion

  • Lead site selection, leasing, and construction for new office spaces.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Oversee design, fit-out, and renovation projects from planning to handover, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for expansion opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, building codes, and occupational safety standards.
  • Oversee security, emergency response, and business continuity programs.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to foster a culture of workplace safety and preparedness.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage facilities budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality.
  • Oversee performance of vendors and service providers for maintenance, janitorial, utilities, and security.

Sustainability & Innovation

  • Promote sustainability initiatives that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
  • Integrate smart technology solutions for facilities monitoring and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in corporate facilities management.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in facilities or property management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing multi-site facilities within the BPO, technology, or corporate real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale construction, renovation, and expansion projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with strong project management and operational execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 business environment.
