We are looking for an HR Assistant to manage employment documentation, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will handle contracts, compliance, onboarding, and support recruiting efforts while fostering a positive workplace culture. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  1. Employment Documentation and Compliance:
    • Prepare, update, and manage employment contracts and contractor agreements.
    • Maintain contract renewal calendar and ensure timely updates and signatures.
    • Manage termination documentation and compliance steps.
    • Ensure HR practices align with local regulations and internal policies.
  2. Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Track and celebrate employee milestones, birthdays, and anniversaries.
    • Coordinate gifts, holiday packages, and recognition items.
    • Support employee satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.
  3. Organizational Structure and HR Admin:
    • Maintain updated org charts and document evolving roles.
    • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and checklists.
    • Keep accurate employee records and HR files.
  4. Recruiting and New Hire Support:
    • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
    • Organize hiring pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
    • Support onboarding documentation and first-week coordination.
  5. Travel and Event Coordination:
    • Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for work trips and events.
    • Communicate itineraries and confirmations clearly.
  6. General HR Support:
    • Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries.
    • Manage administrative HR tasks and collaborate on workflow improvements.


Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in HR coordination/administration, office management, or executive support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HR tools, spreadsheets, and project tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and workflow/project tools.
  • Familiarity with employment documentation compliance and termination processes.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Background supporting C-level leaders and managing stakeholders.
