We are looking for a detail-driven Hybrid Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial statements, handle reconciliations, and support AP/AR management. You’ll also assist leadership with audit-ready financials, investor reporting, and special CFO projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structure, loves improving processes, and is eager to grow into higher-level financial responsibilities.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Monitor cash flow; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure correct categorization of all transactions.

Junior CFO / Executive Support

  • Prepare audit-ready financials for fundraising and grant/investor applications.
  • Develop investor-facing reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Organize and maintain a complete financial/operational data room.
  • Support leadership with organizational charts and documentation.
  • Collaborate on improving financial processes and reporting consistency.
  • Assist CEO/CFO on special financial or operational projects.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to prepare financial statements and complete reconciliations.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial, legal, and corporate documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Highly reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership mindset.
  • Openness to learn CFO-level tasks such as fundraising financials, investor reporting, data rooms, and process improvements.
