Lead Ecommerce Support

We are looking for a Lead Ecommerce Support to oversee website operations, product catalog management, inventory control, and order fulfillment across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces. You will lead a team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, marketplace expertise, and advanced Excel skills are essential.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: 

  • Serve as first contact for all operational aspects of e-commerce support and service level commitments
  • Oversee daily service levels, manage workflow, escalations, and team execution for refunds and cancellations
  • Manage Amazon and Shopify admin portals for website functionality and usability
  • Track marketing promotions and product launches requiring PDP creation or revision
  • Ensure accurate product catalog management with consolidated attribution sheets and brand-compliant images
  • Facilitate inventory replenishments and transfers, ensuring reconciled balances across systems
  • Follow procedures for accurate order entry, fulfillment, and backorder management
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, produce action plans, and build effective relationships to resolve service issues
  • Generate and present reports on team deliverables to management and stakeholders
  • Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Onboard new team members, manage training plans, and oversee performance appraisals
  • Implement HR policies for attendance, PTO, and team member inquiries


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in shared services, preferably in e-commerce with consumer goods brands or e-commerce platforms
  • 2+ years of direct experience leading teams, including coaching, onboarding, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, and other marketplaces for website, catalog, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and logistics processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations
  • Strong understanding of order management, product catalog creation, and inventory reconciliation
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team performance management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Outgoing personality to foster team harmony and stakeholder relationships
