We are looking for a Logistics Analyst I - Outbound B2B who will manage global logistics operations, coordinate with 3PL partners, and ensure seamless shipment processing, inventory movements, and compliance. This role supports continuous process improvement, oversees transportation workflows, and handles daily logistics transactions while maintaining high accuracy and operational excellence.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop in‑depth expertise in global logistics and company supply‑chain processes, including system navigation and product flow.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process enhancements that support Strategic Business Units and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate and perform daily logistics transactions between the company and 3PLs.
  • Oversee value‑added service and rework quotations and execution.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and ensure complete import/export customs documentation.
  • Execute inventory transfers accurately and on time.
  • Process shipments using carrier transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Implement customer compliance guidelines and routing instructions.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound transportation, including reverse logistics.
  • Validate and dispute chargebacks as needed.
  • Handle additional tasks and special projects as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • 4‑year college degree (open to any field if paired with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role
  • Experience in B2B outbound logistics: shipment preparation, order tracking, delivery confirmation, inventory management, warehouse coordination, fulfillment, posting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeERPCRMTMS/WMS systems
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
