What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Platform Administration & Operations

• Administer, configure, and maintain MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation for multi-tenant environments.
• Manage user accounts, folder structures, permissions, and access controls following least-privilege security.
• Create, schedule, and maintain automated file transfer workflows and tasks.
• Monitor system health, logs, and task completion; proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Perform software upgrades, patches, and installations using proper change management.
• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery for all MOVEit environments.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure secure file transfers using SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 with proper encryption (AES, PGP).
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, PGP keys, and SSH keys; track expiration and renew on schedule.
• Monitor Progress security advisories and apply critical patches promptly.
• Support compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and other frameworks).
• Maintain audit trails and generate compliance reports for internal and client audits.
• Configure firewall rules, IP whitelisting, and remote access policies.

Collaboration & Support

• Act as MOVEit subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.
• Partner with engineering and PMO teams on new client implementations and solution design.
• Troubleshoot transfer failures, connectivity issues, and integrations; document root cause and resolutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical MFT infrastructure support.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years MOVEit experience, or 3+ years with similar MFT/file automation tools.
• At least 3 years as an administrator of a file automation or MFT platform.
• Strong experience with workflow automation, security/compliance controls, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years using secure file transfer technologies (SFTP, PGP, SSL/TLS, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2).
• Windows Server administration.
• PowerShell scripting skills for querying, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting multi-tenant environments.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2).
• Experience with SQL, API integrations, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Exposure to other MFT tools and MSP environments is an advantage.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset.
