What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Perform heavy data entry and validate product master data for accuracy and completeness.
• Upload, review, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) information.
• Work within ERP/Master Data platforms such as Oracle EBS and Agile.
• Process tickets and change requests with same-day or next-day turnaround.
• Generate reports for stakeholders, such as item quantities and BOM details.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Graphics, and Sales Operations teams to ensure consistent product data.
• Maintain performance metrics focused on accuracy, productivity, and timeliness.
• Communicate through email and chat—no customer-facing duties.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Master Data Management, Product Data, or a similar function.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar).
• Minimum 1 year of Bill of Materials (BOM) work, preferably in a product/manufacturing environment.
• Product engineering exposure or background is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile systems and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• QA experience is a plus.
• Strong data accuracy skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict turnaround times and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
