(Project Based) Product Management Associate I

Join our team!

We are looking for a proactive Product Coordinator to support EMEA product lifecycle activities—from SKU setup and sample requests to packaging development and digital asset management. You will collaborate with global teams, manage documentation, update trackers, and ensure product and packaging accuracy. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-driven with experience in product operations.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review, submit, and coordinate the setup of EMEA SKUs for finished, non-finished, inline, and special make-up items.
  • Validate, submit, and monitor Sample Request Forms (SRFs) for color, sales, marketing, testing, and tooling needs.
  • Work closely with CAP Merchandising, AP Logistics, and EMEA Account Management on SRF progress and maintain the SRF tracker.
  • Prepare, review, and submit VBOM/BOM2 requests.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Management, Packaging, EMEA Senior Product Manager, and EMEA Graphic Designer for new packaging development.
  • Manage digital assets: upload images, create collections, and maintain organized folders.
  • Cascade product and packaging updates to the EMEA Sales Operations team.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure packaging BOM accuracy for special make-up items.
  • Create and maintain the EMEA Replacement Parts file.
  • Manage product management documentation and shared drive files.
  • Attend weekly meetings with product, brand, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and maintain sample inventory accuracy with the 3PL warehouse.
  • Support creation of brand, product, and marketing assets (catalogs, images, etc.).
  • Send product sample requests to account management.
  • Address product-related inquiries from internal teams.
  • Perform other special tasks as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator with exposure to Product Lifecycle Management or Product Development.
  • Hands-on experience with SKUs, order management, supply chain workflows, or related processes.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with AgileCentrix PLM, or similar PLM systems (plus).
  • QA experience or international work exposure (plus).
  • Average English communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good sense of humor and strong team collaboration skills.
