What is your mission?

• Build and maintain detailed Excel financial models for multifamily and real estate investments.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting, IRR/NPV analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Prepare investment summaries, reports, and financial performance insights for management.
• Perform market and economic research on rent trends, occupancy, and development activity.
• Analyze datasets from CoStar, Yardi, Zillow, U.S. Census, and other real estate platforms.
• Create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support investment recommendations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly asset performance updates (NOI, occupancy, budgets).
• Maintain portfolio dashboards and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based finance and asset management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and risks in financial and operational data.
• Support workflow automation and process enhancement initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, or asset management support.
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or multifamily finance experience (transactions, acquisitions, or asset management).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data tables, conditional logic; VBA/macros a plus).
• Strong understanding of IRR, NPV, cap rates, NOI, DSCR, and valuation concepts.
• Ability to build and analyze proforma financials and conduct scenario-based modeling.
• Experience performing market research or submarket analysis.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms such as CoStar, Yardi, Zillow, or similar tools.
• Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets automation) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate markets, investment structures, or institutional reporting is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities with strong financial reasoning.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in financial documentation.
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
