We are looking for a Real Estate Underwriting Analyst to support acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy decisions through detailed financial modeling and analysis. You’ll prepare cash flow projections, review property financials, perform market research, and assist with underwriting real estate deals. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, real estate investment knowledge, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Prepare acquisition and disposition financial models to support investment decisions.
Assist in the proposal and development of supplemental financial modeling tools.
Review property financial data, operating statements, and budgets against benchmarks.
Perform analysis and reforecasting of existing investments for business plan recommendations.
Conduct macro and property-specific research on deals, markets, and industry trends.
Support property due diligence by reviewing historical financials and identifying risks.
Provide ad hoc analytical support for various real estate investment projects.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate investments and financial modeling (non-negotiable).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with expertise in:
- Discount cash flow models
- Return hurdle calculations
- Sensitivity analysis
Experience in underwriting commercial real estate deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
