Senior Azure Endpoint Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Endpoint Engineer to oversee enterprise device management across Windows and macOS environments using Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf. The role focuses on security, compliance, automation, and user experience—deploying and managing device policies, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and improving zero-touch provisioning workflows. Candidates with scripting, MDM/MAM, and Azure AD expertise are highly preferred.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and support endpoint environments using Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot policies, compliance settings, and app deployments
  • Improve Zero-Touch deployments using Autopilot (Windows) and Jamf Pro (macOS)
  • Troubleshoot OS, application, and security configuration issues
  • Automate endpoint tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Ensure compliance with Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM standards
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance endpoint performance, security, and user experience
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience managing endpoints with Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf
  • Strong troubleshooting expertise for Windows and macOS devices
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint security, compliance, and automation
  • Proficiency with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM policies
  • Familiarity with patch management, app deployments, and networking (VPN, DNS, certificates)
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting (preferred)
  • Experience in MSP or enterprise IT environments
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Certifications such as MD-102, Jamf 200/300, or equivalent are an advantage
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
