What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design and execute high-quality visual assets for digital, social, email, presentations, reports, and print.
• Translate briefs into clear, effective visual solutions with minimal revisions.
• Apply advanced layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility principles.
• Maintain organized files, version control, and asset libraries.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution with correct specs and resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing, investor relations, and leadership to align visuals with strategy.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve output.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, construction, investment, or private equity (preferred).
• Familiarity with video/motion tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects (plus).
• Project management experience (plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
