We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead key client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in a B2B setting. You’ll develop strategic account plans, mentor a team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver top-tier solutions that strengthen long-term client relationships and business performance. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost retention and revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing customized client solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver client success.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide account managers to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct business reviews and analyze metrics for client improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Resolve client escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales within a B2B environment.
  • Proven record in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
