We are looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to drive the company’s financial strategy, compliance, and long-term growth. This role oversees accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and risk management while providing insights and recommendations to senior management. You will lead and mentor the finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize profitability. If you have proven leadership in finance, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Direct financial planning, analysis, and risk management across the organization
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and external audit requirements
Develop strategies for cost optimization, profitability, and sustainable growth
Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
Minimum of 8 years progressive finance experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Excellent leadership, business acumen, and strategic decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
