We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, and drive strategic planning with management. In this role, you’ll prepare and review financial reports, manage budgeting and forecasting, and implement strong internal controls. If you are a CPA or experienced finance professional with proven leadership and a passion for driving financial success, this role is for you. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other Philippine regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning, cost control, and business growth


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
