We are looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst who can build advanced financial models, support acquisitions, manage due diligence, coordinate with construction and asset management teams, and drive high-value analysis for multifamily and mixed-use projects. You will play a key role in underwriting, budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, and supporting investment decisions across the full project lifecycle.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Create and review advanced financial models for multifamily and mixed-use projects, including proformas, waterfalls, renovation budgets, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Produce complex ad hoc financial analyses for property-level and company-wide initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions in capital improvement planning, design development, and project management.
  • Prepare preliminary budgets and internal materials for predevelopment capital approval.
  • Develop offering memoranda for debt and equity financing requests.
  • Coordinate and synthesize third-party reports (market studies, property tax analyses, etc.).
  • Manage consultant teams during due diligence, including scope definition, hiring, and report review.
  • Identify major deal risks early and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Oversee contracts, scopes, budgets, renovation trackers, and schedules for project execution.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and general contractors in preparing construction budgets.
  • Prepare materials for senior leaders and investment committees to support financing and closing.
  • Review property management budgets during and after acquisition.
  • Work with accounting on draw requests and track expenditures against budgets and loan requirements.
  • Partner with development, acquisitions, construction, and asset management teams on project needs.
  • Provide underwriting, budgeting, due diligence, and financial modeling support for new development divisions.


Who are we looking for?

  • Graduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate acquisitions, underwriting, or investment analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, tables, scenario modeling, financial metrics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial modeling tools.
  • Ability to build and review detailed proformas, waterfalls, and sensitivity models.
  • Experience working with Yardi and CoStar is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of real estate development, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare materials for senior management or investment committees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical ability and uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic about real estate and investment analysis.
