What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare project estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC and/or plumbing projects.
• Complete material take-offs and collect equipment and subcontractor pricing.
• Thoroughly review project-scope documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Attend job walks, clarify project details, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Track key milestones, meet submission deadlines, and support project wins.
• Use estimation software like QuickPen or Trimble MEP for accurate cost analysis.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and Trimble MEP (required — must demonstrate practical use in past projects)
• Solid ability to read, interpret, and finalize HVAC drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for estimates, reports, and documentation
• Analytical mindset — able to identify issues, assess project details, and ensure estimate accuracy
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration with U.S. teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management and estimating software
• Understanding of U.S. construction codes, materials, and industry standards
• Experience in international or remote project collaboration is a plus
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple bids and priorities under tight deadlines
