We are looking for a driven Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to identify and engage potential clients within the commercial real estate market. You will be responsible for researching prospects, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert opportunities into business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, research, and building meaningful client connections.


What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Research and identify potential leads using online databases, market platforms, and networking opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s services.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Build and maintain an accurate, updated database of leads.
  • Schedule meetings or presentations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Track industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation performance and progress.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (commercial real estate experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate trends and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient when facing rejection.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
