We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can lead the full lifecycle of marketing projects—from planning and strategy to production, timelines, and vendor coordination. In this role, you will manage content calendars, support digital and traditional marketing initiatives, oversee budgets, and guide team execution for real estate and construction projects. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and track end-to-end marketing projects, including planning, design, approvals, and production.
  • Build timelines and maintain content calendars to monitor deadlines and project status.
  • Understand and improve the existing marketing strategy; translate strategy into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Commission freelancers when needed and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to desired outcomes.
  • Support both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including branding, social media, print, and events.
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams for seamless execution.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience in real estate or construction
  • Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing (social media, branding, print, events)
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years supervising or managing marketing team members
  • Experience producing marketing content (newsletters, email campaigns, social posts)
  • Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp)
  • Familiar with creative tools such as InDesign and graphics platforms
  • Knowledge of social media publishing tools like Hootsuite or HubSpot
  • Strong vendor management and timeline coordination skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
