We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to manage campaigns from planning to delivery in the real estate and construction sector. You’ll oversee budgets, timelines, vendors, and content production while ensuring projects align with business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams for high-impact campaigns.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Manage the planning, design, approvals, and production process for all marketing projects.
Build timelines and content calendars to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and milestones.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate/construction projects.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and budget requirements.
Oversee freelancers when needed to keep projects on track.
Track and adhere to project budgets and reporting requirements.
Coordinate the production of digital, print, and event marketing content.
Support content creation for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Marketing experience in real estate or construction.
Experience in both digital and traditional marketing (social media, branding, print, events).
Background in project management with knowledge of timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Supervisory experience managing marketing team members.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp).
Familiarity with InDesign, graphics tools, and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Hubspot).
Experience producing content for newsletters, email, and social media campaigns.
Soft skills: leadership, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
