What is your mission?

Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for multifamily acquisitions, developments, and refinances.
• Run sensitivity, IRR, and scenario analyses to evaluate investment risks and returns.
• Prepare cash flow projections, valuation summaries, and investor return analyses.

Market Research & Data Compilation

• Gather market data on rents, supply pipelines, occupancy, and demographics.
• Source information from CoStar, Yardi Matrix, Zillow, Census, and economic reports.
• Produce market summaries, charts, and research briefs for investment materials.

Due Diligence & Transaction Support

• Review historical financials, rent rolls, and property budgets for underwriting accuracy.
• Coordinate with U.S. teams on third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, engineering).
• Organize due diligence files with proper naming and version control.

Asset Management Support

• Compile monthly/quarterly KPIs such as NOI margin, rent growth, and budget variances.
• Track renovation progress, leasing performance, and expense trends.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards and monitoring tools.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with U.S. Investments, Asset Management, and Accounting teams.
• Identify data inconsistencies or trends impacting underwriting assumptions.
• Support workflow improvements, automation, and documentation.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, or asset management support.
• Advanced Excel proficiency — formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic (VBA/macros a plus).
• Solid understanding of IRR, NPV, cap rates, NOI, DSCR, and real estate underwriting.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience with real estate or multifamily investment analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets automation a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate markets and investment structures is an advantage.
• Experience with investment reporting, REIT analysis, or institutional clients a plus.
