What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Review and quality-check California state incident reports (624 forms) for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and escalate incidents requiring further clinical oversight or regional notification.
• Monitor and document wound care progress across multiple senior living communities.
• Collaborate with Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and clinical staff on documentation and care plans.
• Communicate with on-site nurses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain clinical reports and records for management review.
• Recommend and support process improvements to strengthen care quality and compliance.
• Work closely with U.S.-based Regional Health and Care Teams for updates and case discussions.

Who are we looking for?

• Active and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric care, wound care, or long-term care
• Demonstrated expertise in incident reporting, clinical documentation, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EHR or digital health systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with U.S.-based teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality in all matters
