We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to create high-impact content using AI tools and automation workflows. You will craft white papers, investor decks, social posts, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand voice across multiple businesses. This role requires expertise in AI-driven content production, strategic messaging, and the ability to analyze complex materials and synthesize them into clear, persuasive formats.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Create and optimize content using AI tools and custom GPTs for various formats:
    white papers, investor presentations, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and case studies
  • Design and operate scalable content workflows in collaboration with automation experts
  • Anticipate recurring content needs and proactively automate production for speed and consistency
  • Analyze complex documents (investment decks, financial/legal materials, construction specs, market research)
  • Extract insights and translate them into clear, persuasive content for diverse audiences
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across multiple businesses and adapt tone for investors, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align content with business goals


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional writing or content experience at a senior level
  • Proven ability to craft diverse content types: white papers, social posts, investor decks, blogs, and marketing copy
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and automation workflows, including GPT technology and scalable content processes
  • Ability to work with automation experts to design and refine workflows
  • Excellent command of English with mastery of tone, structure, and clarity
  • Experience in real estate, construction, investment, or private equity (highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills for synthesizing complex information into executive-ready formats
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and adaptability
