We are looking for an Site Director who can lead overall site strategy, operational performance, supply chain effectiveness, and cross-functional execution. You will guide multiple teams, manage P&L, optimize processes, drive efficiency, and partner with global leaders to deliver world-class operational outcomes. If you excel in large-scale operations, leadership, and end-to-end logistics, this role is for you. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead the site’s operational strategy and performance aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage and mentor senior leaders; build high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Drive operational excellence based on SLAs, KPIs, and capacity planning.
  • Oversee P&L, budgets, financial forecasts, and cost optimization.
  • Manage production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and facilities.
  • Forecast workforce needs and conduct gap analyses for rightsizing.
  • Implement efficiency improvements, process enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual standards.
  • Partner with global leaders, functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Lead quarterly operational reviews and present KPI performance updates.
  • Manage alignment with U.S.-based leadership on operational expectations.
  • Drive change management initiatives and introduce best practices and innovations.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Business, or any related field
  • Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain management (warehousing, logistics, inventory, fulfillment)
  • Experience managing complex operational workflows across multiple business groups
  • Exposure to shared services or BPO environments with strong product development and logistics components
  • Proven leadership in site-level operations with 200–300 headcount or more
  • Strong P&L ownership, budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization background
  • Experience conducting quarterly/semi-annual business reviews and risk mitigation planning
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and global teams
  • Strong background in process improvement, operational strategy, and change management
  • Experience leading senior managers and building strong succession pipelines
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly strategic, decisive, collaborative, and capable of driving performance in fast-paced environments
