We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure virtualized environments across VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms. You will oversee system administration, performance monitoring, and security compliance while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness. This role requires hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, storage networks, and cloud solutions in a managed services environment.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Infrastructure Management

Administer and maintain VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms
Monitor VM performance, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Manage virtual networking, storage, and backup solutions
Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Perform system updates, patches, and security maintenance

Operations & Monitoring

Monitor system health, performance, and alerts using centralized tools
Troubleshoot VM provisioning, migration, and performance issues
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and incidents
Coordinate with vendors and support teams for hardware/software issues
Generate reports on system performance, capacity, and availability

Security & Compliance

Apply security best practices for virtualized environments
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
Manage user access controls and authentication systems
Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management

Who are we looking for?

3+ years of experience managing virtualization environments (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on vSphere experience
Proficiency with both Windows Server and Linux systems
Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and storage network understanding
Background in managed services with knowledge of change management practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
