Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure virtualized environments across VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms. You will oversee system administration, performance monitoring, and security compliance while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness. This role requires hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, storage networks, and cloud solutions in a managed services environment. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Infrastructure Management

  • Administer and maintain VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms
  • Monitor VM performance, resource allocation, and capacity planning
  • Manage virtual networking, storage, and backup solutions
  • Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Perform system updates, patches, and security maintenance

Operations & Monitoring

  • Monitor system health, performance, and alerts using centralized tools
  • Troubleshoot VM provisioning, migration, and performance issues
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and incidents
  • Coordinate with vendors and support teams for hardware/software issues
  • Generate reports on system performance, capacity, and availability

Security & Compliance

  • Apply security best practices for virtualized environments
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
  • Manage user access controls and authentication systems
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management


Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience managing virtualization environments (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on vSphere experience
  • Proficiency with both Windows Server and Linux systems
  • Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and storage network understanding
  • Background in managed services with knowledge of change management practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
