We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting and Admin Coordinator to join our team. This crucial role involves managing our inventory control system and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, particularly in operations, and possess a solid understanding of food and beverage (F&B) reporting.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Inventory Control Management: Oversee and maintain the inventory control system to ensure all inventory data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Accounting Operations: Perform accounting tasks with a heavy operational focus, including general ledger (GL) coding and data entry to ensure recipes and costs are recorded accurately.
  • Product Understanding: Gain an in-depth understanding of our products, including purchases and usage, to support accurate inventory and financial reporting.
  • Craftable Configuration: Configure and maintain the Craftable system (training will be provided).
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to recipes and costs into the system.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize technology efficiently to support accounting and operational tasks.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. 
  • 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience with a solid understanding of F&B reporting.
  • Any hospitality management software (Craftable preferred but not required)
  • Strong background in accounting and operations
  • Proficiency in inventory control systems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field is preferred but not required.
