The Billing Specialist generates and submits invoices in accordance with client requirements, compiling all required backup documentation, and billing out timely to meet required deadlines.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review and prepare invoices in accordance with the clients’ specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
  • Monitor and assist the collection manager on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
  • Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
  • Assist with other customer account functions as needed (e.g., warranty, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments and field technicians to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Coordinates calendars and schedules meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned including being on call. 

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2-3 years related working experience
  • Prior billing or trade work experience in pump and tank and/or field services 
  • Experience with Sage 300 and Service Management or other similar software 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
