​We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Call Center Associates to join our team. This role involves managing sales leads, conducting virtual surveys, preparing accurate estimates, and closing profitable deals for local and interstate relocation services. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and coordinating with the external sales team to drive company growth. A successful candidate will have a strong ability to analyze customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process from start to finish.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Sales and Client Management:

  • Sell local and interstate relocation services to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Respond to incoming sales leads via internet inquiries, phone, text, and email.
  • Manage inbound telephone inquiries and assist potential clients effectively.
  • Conduct virtual surveys and schedule in-home surveys with the external sales team.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring follow-up and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Coordinate with external sales staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Estimating, Quoting, and CRM Management:

  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for relocation services using company software.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure all quotes align with company profitability standards.
  • Enter and maintain detailed records in CRM software for effective tracking and follow-up.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as realtors, universities, and restoration companies.
  • Log and track business development activities in CRM software.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies for growth and success.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, client management, or business development.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads, sales activities, and client relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
