What is your mission?

• Business Development Communications: Draft and refine business development proposals, ensuring they resonate with prospective owners and clearly communicate the value Columbia Hospitality brings.
• Collateral Creation: Design and update Columbia Hospitality’s collateral that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
• Presentation Preparation: Develop and prepare presentations for prospective owners and investment opportunities, showcasing our capabilities, achievements, and vision for future partnerships.
• Internal Communication: Generate and disseminate announcements about new property acquisitions within the company to keep all team members informed and engaged.
• Client Engagement: Draft client update reports, kickoff timelines, and close-out reports 
• Template Creation: Draft repeatable templates to be used across client engagements based on prior work 
• Document Polish: Turn discussions and bullet point outlines into polished client deliverables 

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or related industries.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven track record of crafting persuasive and coherent documents.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Word, excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, or similar design tools, is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
