What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

    • Stay up to date with digital landscape and trends
    • Work with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta
    • Develop weekly and monthly reporting of all campaigns and channels
    • Assist in paid social campaign/ad build execution for all areas of the business
    • Optimize ongoing paid social campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI and reach our target audience effectively


    Customer Insights and Reporting:

    • Organize and segment our existing audiences on 3rd party channels
    • Implement a strategy for lead generation to grow our email list
    • Generate and Audit reports on audiences for the marketing team to generate marketing campaigns 
    • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
    • Strategize and create an email marketing funnel to convert existing customers to app users
    • Ability to track and analyze email marketing performance
    • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience.
    • Prepare reports on audience behavior, sales needs, and loyalty to make suggestions to the marketing team 
    • Call Log Audit and Reporting on Customer Data

     

    Search Engine Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing organic search visibility
    • Optimize on-page content, including website copy, meta tags, images, and other elements, to improve search engine rankings and user experience
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs and interests of our target audience
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and SEM efforts, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO/SEM strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives
    • Manage all aspects of the SEO campaign from start to finish including managing content, writing copy, creating landing pages, optimizing URLs for keywords, and using Google Analytics to monitor performance
    • Analyze Website traffic, trends, and conversion rate
    • Analyze SEO best practices including:
      • Title tags, alt tags, meta-data, schema mark-up
      • Internal linking, errors, and redirects
      • Keyword ranking
      • Schema markup

Who are we looking for?

    • Experience in Keyword research, SEO, SEM, Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
    • Extensive knowledge of Meta, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp
    • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Zendesk and Yext.
    • Experience placing digital ads
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing
    • Well-versed in managing multiple projects and recommending/implementing effective solutions
    • Familiarity with online review platforms and social media channels.
