We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this remote position, you will be responsible for supporting our entire team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is proficient in real estate and/or finance principles, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at utilizing software systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, & PPT. We will ask the individual to focus on creating automated processes for any repeatable tasks to maximize efficiency.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

    Data Entry & Maintenance:

    • Accurately enter transaction information into databases.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records.


    Document Verification:

    • Review various lists and documents for accurate information promptly.


    Preparing Presentations:

    • Work closely with the underwriting team to prepare Asset Summary Reports (ASR), Investor Presentations, and ad hoc materials to various partners, investors, and teammates.
    • Ensure data is correct and presentation is professional and organized.


    Document Sharing & Organization:

    • Organize and manage folders in secure filesharing systems (i.e., Dropbox, Sharefile).
    • Responsible for aggregating and sharing file links to various counterparties, both internal & external.


    Customer Service:

    • Interact with team members and third parties, both via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.


    Follow Up:

    • Organized and diligent to follow up internally and externally in a persistent, yet polite manner for requested documents and tasks.


    Quality Control:

    • Special attention to making sure details are correct (both numbers and words).

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite ( Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Ability to create/use Macros and API Plug-ins to automate processes is a +
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
