We are seeking a Lead Training Specialist to oversee the training and development programs for our client. This individual will possess excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, managing a team of Training Specialists while collaborating closely with subject matter experts. The Lead Training Specialist will validate, enhance, and manage curriculum design, ensuring the delivery of detailed, engaging, and effective training materials. This role includes managing the training lifecycle from proposal through execution to deliver high-impact training programs.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Curriculum Validation & Design

  • Validate and ensure curriculum design includes detailed, engaging, and effective training materials, such as manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and interactive activities.
  • Ensure training materials meet the needs of learners, reflect up-to-date knowledge, and align with company objectives.
  • Work with Global Learning Operations Center (GLOC) to assess and gauge the ability to create and improve training manuals and content.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 to 5 Training Specialists, ensuring that all training initiatives are executed to the highest standards.
  • Provide mentoring and performance feedback to Training Specialists to continuously enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with program experts to ensure alignment between training content and organizational needs.

Assessment & Improvement

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, learner assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously analyze training outcomes and make data-driven improvements to curriculum and delivery methods.

Training Proposal & Management

  • Identify and propose new training initiatives to improve knowledge, performance, and engagement across teams.
  • Manage and track the success of training programs over 1 to 2 years, ensuring alignment with company goals and learner needs.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the training team, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are managed efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, including 1 to 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in crafting and verifying training materials.
  • Background in training and development.
  • Knowledge in learning management systems.
  • Experience in Shared Services/BPO environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience in developing and validating engaging, effective training materials and programs.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with program experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to guide Training Specialists in their professional development.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training design tools.
