We are looking for a skilled and creative Production Artist II (NA) to transform design briefs and client artwork into production-ready CAD files. This role requires a strong foundation in 3D modeling, manufacturing processes, and aesthetic design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products that meet client standards and delight customers. Experience with silicone molding and advanced 3D software is a plus.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Design Translation: Interpret design briefs, sketches, and client artwork to create production-ready CAD files.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative and engaging products.
Rendering & Animation: Create photo-realistic product renders and, when required, product animations to support project goals.
Quality & Efficiency: Deliver high-quality work on schedule, minimizing design revisions and optimizing productivity.
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and alignment across teams.
Problem Solving: Take a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving challenges and completing projects successfully.

Who are we looking for?

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in 3D CAD modeling.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and design principles.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and animation techniques.
Background in industrial design.
Proficiency with tools like ZBrush, Blender, Rhino, KeyShot, and SolidWorks.
Experience in toy design is a plus but not mandatory.
