What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build Customer Profiles and keep updating (Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC)
  • Creates and releases Ship Data Inquiry/Request For Quote
  • Process and book orders (Manual/EDI) with the Merchandise Sourcing Team and track order status to ensure timely production and shipment for customers;
  • Process and release Factory Purchase Orders
  • Tracks and checks Blanket Purchase Agreement
  • Be able to solve related risks and issues in case any delayed shipment happens during daily work
  • Ensure order information accuracy
  • Generate reports related to order management both customer-facing and internal reporting
  • Work with the logistics team and program manager to track open orders and dollars moving to next month
  • Process rework and return material agreement
  • Work with the program manager to analyze the buy plan
  • Fill out and process the air request form
  • Ensure that items are ready and orderable (cross-referencing and adding items to the pricelist)
  • Reconcile all credit and claims.
  • Account Receivable – Work with the program manager & internal Finance team to collect accounts receivable on time & taking care of any transaction issues
  • Support team leader to build and maintain customer relationships as needed
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as needed




Who are we looking for? 

  • 4 years of industry experience in a similar role
  • 4-year college degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Good time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
  • Solid IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality
