 As a Client Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients, managing projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet client expectations, and achieve business objectives.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Project Execution:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
  • Document client requirements and specifications.

Client Training and Support:

  • Coordinate training sessions for clients on the use of delivered services or products.
  • Provide ongoing support and address post-implementation issues.
  • Onboarding of new clients.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in client services or a related field of at least 3 years.
  • Strong project and client management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and client services.
