We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CallMiner Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging CallMiner or similar speech analytics tools to analyze and extract valuable insights from customer interactions. The role involves interpreting data, generating reports, and collaborating with various teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Utilize CallMiner or comparable speech analytics software to analyze customer interactions across various communication channels.
- Extract meaningful insights and trends from call recordings, transcripts, and other data sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations based on analyzed data for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in customer service, sales, and operational processes.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer experience, increase efficiency, and optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in speech analytics technologies.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Communication).
- Proven experience (X years) working with CallMiner or similar speech analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
