We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team and provide exceptional service to our partner brands. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tax preparation and accounting to ensure accurate and timely handling of individual and business client financial records.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Individual income tax (1040) preparation.
Sift through client documents and determine completeness and relevance for the preparation of the return.
Generate general journal entries from all subledgers onto general ledger.
Analyze Balance Sheet, Income Statement and identify irregularities.
Handle troubleshooting out of balance situations.
Use all knowledge and experience to Quality control monthly business clients’ books.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum of 1 year experience doing income tax preparation (1040) as well as an excellent grasp of accounting fundamentals.
Experience using Ultra Tax by Thomson Reuters.
Have experience with tax filing software and related computer skills.
Excellent communication skills especially with regards to putting together questions and comments in written form.
