We are looking for a Accountant II who will support financial close activities, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, assist in financial statements, and support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting. The role includes audit support, margin analytics, intercompany reconciliation, and process improvement while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for a US-based organization.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Assist in the financial close process, including preparation of month‑end journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support margin analytics and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting deliverables.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
  • Review and validate resale certificates to meet multi‑state tax regulations.
  • Provide documentation and analysis for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including AP, AR, and Tax.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within general accounting and GL functions.
  • Support financial and statutory audit preparation and requirements.
  • Assist other accounting teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Complete special projects related to accounting and reporting as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 3+ years accounting experience for US‑based companies, including general accounting responsibilities.
  • Strong background in journal entry preparation (accruals, prepayments, payroll, bank transactions), fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Experience with multiple entities, foreign transactions, multi‑currency environments, and knowledge of international accounting standards (UK, France, Germany) is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite or similar ERP; exposure to Blackline, Hyperion/SmartView, or Tableau preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving accounting requirements.
