What is your mission?

• Process and enter invoices ensuring proper approval, coding, and accuracy
• Respond to vendor inquiries via email and phone, resolving payment-related concerns
• Review, analyse, and perform vendor statement reconciliation to ensure account accuracy
• Maintain and organize supporting documents and ensure invoices are properly stored in Yooz
• Review and validate expense report documentation for completeness and compliance
• Ensure all accounts payable tasks are completed with timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to policies

Who are we looking for?

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate Accounts Payable environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and integrated ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
• Effective communication skills for vendor coordination and issue resolution
• Ability to manage tasks with organization, timeliness, and accountability
