We are looking for a Appointment Setter to contact potential clients, qualify leads, schedule sales appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role requires strong outbound calling skills, excellent communication, consistent productivity, and the ability to collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies. Experience handling B2B outreach and appointment setting is essential.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Generate leads through various outreach channels and methods.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified potential clients for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and appointment records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely appointment scheduling and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively to understand prospect needs and verify qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Make consistent outbound calls and emails daily to hit productivity targets.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Experience handling outbound calling targets of 50+ calls/emails per day.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging prospects and building rapport.
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management skills and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a strong advantage.
