We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP), is highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and demonstrates accuracy and consistency in maintaining financial records. This role involves reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Strong communication skills and a professional approach in dealing with both internal teams and external clients are essential.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S.-based clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports (e.g., P&L statements, balance sheets).
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with U.S. tax and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate professionally with clients.
  • Support tax preparation by organizing financial records and reports.
  • Help onboard and train new bookkeeping team members.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GAAP and company policies.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of U.S. bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in training or mentoring staff is a plus.
