Bookkeeper Operations Administrator

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations including QuickBooks updates, reconciliations, invoicing, payment processing, and end‑of‑day reporting. You will support vendor and customer coordination, maintain CRM and financial systems, process orders, and assist in documentation while identifying workflow improvements and ensuring accuracy in a fast-moving environment.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets
  • Categorize income and expenses and ensure proper financial documentation
  • Process invoices, sales orders, customer payments, and vendor transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts and vendor balances regularly
  • Prepare daily end‑of‑day reports for management visibility
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and verify payment accuracy
  • Support customer billing inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Process customer orders and ensure smooth operational flow
  • Maintain systems including Zoho CRM and QuickBooks
  • Assist in updating internal documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across all financial and administrative tasks


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience with strong reconciliation background
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ability to manage financial records using both QuickBooks and spreadsheets
  • Experience processing invoices, sales orders, payments, and daily reporting
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational discipline
  • Excellent English communication skills for vendor and customer coordination
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in fast‑moving environments
