We are looking for a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist who bridges AI-powered creative production with high-quality, brand-compliant digital assets. We are looking for a professional who executes AI-assisted creative workflows, applies expert-level Photoshop editing, manages production files using Figma and Google Drive, and delivers platform-ready assets across Meta, display, and digital advertising channels while maintaining strict brand standards, visual quality, and workflow efficiency.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Use AI-powered creative platforms to generate digital assets for campaigns across automotive, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle industries
  • Execute end-to-end creative production workflows including brief intake, scoping, AI generation, asset selection, editing, resizing, quality review, and final delivery
  • Adapt and reformat creatives across multiple digital ad formats and platforms such as Meta and display advertising
  • Apply advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques including color correction, image enhancement, generative fill, inpainting, object removal, masking, compositing, background replacement, motion blur effects, logo and text replacement, and environmental compositing
  • Create and manage Figma templates following standardized naming conventions and file organization
  • Maintain structured Google Drive asset libraries with consistent documentation and version control
  • Perform human quality evaluation on AI-generated outputs to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual quality standards
  • Support both planned production pipelines and time-sensitive creative requests
  • Document best practices, flag recurring issues, and contribute to continuous workflow optimization


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related fields
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in creative production or graphic design, preferably in agency or in-house advertising environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end creative workflows from brief intake through final delivery while supporting multiple client accounts
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop including advanced retouching, photo manipulation, and compositing
  • Figma proficiency for template creation, file organization, and asset management
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand compliance, visual quality control, and digital asset standards
  • Ability to adapt creatives across multiple formats and digital advertising platforms
  • High attention to detail with excellent file management, naming discipline, and process adherence
  • Strong written English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration with US-based teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
