You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Maintain the general ledger
• Code invoices and set new vendors in the accounting software
• Maintain records of W9’s from all vendors
• Run weekly aging payables reports for multiple entities
• Assist in preparing and sending 1099 forms at the end of the year
• Reconcile operating and credit card accounts on a weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain good working relationships with vendors and property staff
• Assist in the review of financial statement preparation
• Assist in monthly accrual and prepaid accounts
• Help maintain records of insurance/licenses and other important documents
