What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform margin analytics with a strong focus on contractual obligations and financial commitments
• Calculate, review, validate, and track contractual obligation payments, including minimum guarantees, due dates, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate tracking of contractual liabilities, ensuring payments are executed in alignment with contract terms and accounting policies
• Review new contracts, renewals, and amendments to assess financial impact, compliance risks, and operational feasibility
• Support day‑to‑day contract management from an accounting and compliance perspective
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure processes, controls, and ERP capabilities support contract compliance
• Assess whether ERP systems can properly manage contract‑driven accounting and reporting requirements
• Assist in financial and statutory audit preparation, including contractual documentation and support schedules
• Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to contract compliance, accounting accuracy, and close efficiency
• Assist other teams to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate accounting processes

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of United States‑based accounting experience at a Senior Accountant or equivalent level
• Strong general accounting expertise, including accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and close ownership
• Proven experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Demonstrated exposure to contractual accounting, including minimum guarantees, payment obligations, and compliance tracking
• Hands‑on experience with accounting ERP systems, preferably Oracle E‑Business Suite or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, policies, and compliance requirements
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to pass an Excel assessment score of 85% or higher
• Experience supporting high‑volume journal entries related to revenue, operating expenses, payroll, depreciation, and prepayments, considered an advantage
• Exposure to royalties, rebates, consignment inventory, or similar contractual structures, considered an advantage
• Experience supporting financial statement preparation, considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline when managing contract‑driven accounting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines
• Ability to work effectively on a night shift
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environments
