What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Optimize output of financial reports by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems and ensure that these systems can run autonomously with minimal amount of deviation. Coordinate with auditors during audits. Continuously strive to improve processes and systems to ensure that they are operating with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
• Continuously seek to leverage the latest accounting and finance software tools, including AI, to streamline operations
• Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls and checks and balances in place to ensure the security and compliance of these financial systems
• Prepare and analyze the monthly financials of the company in a timely manner; use comparative and trend analysis to guide the company on its business strategy and decision making in a timely manner
• Ensure that all intercompany transactions and entities are accurately reconciled and consolidated
• Oversee the entire supply chain cycle of the company and analyze optimal inventory/purchasing levels based on forecasted demand
• Prepare and analyze the company's budget and cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals. Analyze these reports to identify and minimize variances, and provide strategic insights to management to support informed decision-making.
• Provide treasury management of all intercompany bank accounts and optimize the return of company’s cash assets
• Analyze product margins and operating margins to ensure that company targets are being met and that the company is operating in its most efficient manner financially
• Support MLM specific financial activities, including commission and incentive calculations and payouts
• Be a mentor and resource for the Accounting Department, provide career development path and incentive measures to spur growth within the department
• Foster a collaborative and growth seeking team culture. Provide constructive feedback to the team as needed

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a manager preferably in the consumer goods or direct selling space.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience overseeing and mentoring a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related area of study.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and other complementary financial applications.
• Experience using a database management system like SQL.
• Proficient in US GAAP.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory accounting and supply chain management.
• Strong Excel technical skills to automate financial processes.
• Highly efficient in database management applications like SQL.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor teams with high emotional intelligence and coachability.
