What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Deal Sourcing

• Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities through market research.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with brokers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of potential deals.
• Maintain leads in pipeline management software. 

Underwriting

• Conduct initial due diligence and preliminary underwriting to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
• Perform second pass underwriting to further evaluate the financial and strategic fit of deals. 

Analysis of Deals

• Analyze financial statements, property performance, and market data to support investment decisions.
• Utilize financial models to project returns and assess risks associated with potential acquisitions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform acquisition strategies.

Schedule Calls

• Coordinate and schedule calls with the client's team and brokers to review potential deals.
• Prepare necessary materials and agendas for review meetings.

Letter of Intent

• Draft and present letters of intent for approved acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to make edits based on feedback, ensuring LOIs are comprehensive and aligned with company objectives.
  

Who are we looking for?

• 5 years' experience in deals sourcing, underwriting for real estate industry focusing on multi-family deals.
• With finance background for analyzing financial statements, market data and investments
• Exceptional communication and networking skills.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in underwriting real estate deals.
• Ability to work independently while understanding the role within the larger team.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously. 
• Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
