We are looking for a dedicated Agency Success Manager to oversee influencer campaigns for our agency clients. You will manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure successful campaign execution from start to finish. Initially focused on client's campaigns, this role has the potential to expand to multiple client accounts.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned agency accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s goals and campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Coordinate the campaign brief process by gathering all necessary information and translating client goals into actionable tasks for the Influencer Success Manager and Influencer Coordinator teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure influencer research, selection, outreach, and content approvals are executed in line with client expectations and timeline.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop and present campaign strategies, influencer recommendations, and post-campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing clear, data-driven reports and insights to clients.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and client feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive client retention and growth.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of account management, client success, or project management experience within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Knowledgeable in General Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
  • Proficient in Client Management.
  • Skilled in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, and Asana.
  • Familiar with reporting tools and platforms such as Google Analytics or other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
